If you want your personal data deleted from Polymath, email [email protected] and include enough information for us to identify your account or messages, such as the email address or phone number you used with the service.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

In your message, please include the identifying details you want us to use to locate your data.

What We Will Delete

We will make reasonable efforts to delete or anonymize personal data associated with your request, except where we must retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Processing Location

For legal and operational purposes, Polymath is administered from Switzerland.
